Pros

Good benefits, Lots of room to grow within, or move to different departments.

Cons

No sense of urgency from supporting departments, no one willing to help others, if it's not specifically outlined in someone's job description they will NOT help. Too many leadership levels make it impossible to get substantial things accomplished, when there is a problem there are 10 meetings to discuss how to resolve but issue never truly gets fixed.
