Stable Employment if no desire to move-up Decent Benefits Travel Great to Start your career then leave

Zero Room For Growth You will work harder than your managers and get none of the appreciation Managers are threatened by talent and surround themself with yes men Long Hours No Bonus. (If there is one, they usually find a way not to pay or withhold) I have personally seen more employees burn-out at this company than any other. The job is challenging and you will NOT have support of upper management Senior Leadership puts profits in front of people Severe lack of leadership in the company Many bosses no true leaders. You'll regret settling for this job. Keep looking
