I could learn a lot through my work there and I liked the international work environment.

Since it was performance-oriented, I could get stressed out in the competitive environment.

The schedule is a positive point (we have friday afternoon free - only work until 2pm)

Cons

I believe that I am not well remunerated for my role and responsabilities. Being a senior at the company, with almost 10 years of experience and all the responsabilities I have in my daily work, I should receive a better salary. Also, there is few opportunities to grow within the company, they recently lauched a career development plan (with a specific website to upload for jobs) but the processes are not easy and I believe they have a lot to improve.
