      There's great atmosphere in the company, specially if you're new to the island, it's not difficult to make friends in the company. There's plenty of internal opportunities

      Cons

      Narrow minded place, gender inequality: not many women hold managerial positions. Nepotism: you have to know the right people to progress within the organization.
