Pros
Good salary offers, but after 2009-2010 crisis I suppose they're not as interesting as they used to be. Company is still growing strong.
Cons
Poor knowledge sharing, poor personal growth. Your personal job career is usually ignored completely. Good place if you have good salary and don't want to get promoted.
