      Pros

      Good culture and senior management have really taken a good control over the Charcon Flooring business to make it work by standardising processes and making the business more efficient.

      Cons

      Benefits generally consist of discounts which I can access via other means. A benefit should not be on the condition you spend money.

      Initial good people to work with Telecommuting accommodations Appreciated former company (Holcim) close to 100%

      Cons

      Appreciation for the new company (LafargeHolcim) down to 20% Major merger ruined the previous (Holcim) company culture Unending effects of merger/reorg putting too much emphasis on skilled people considered too costly Favouritism
