      Pros

      It`s a great company to work, they invest on their employees with specific training and provide with a good environment to work. Management in my area is effective and acknowledge good work.

      Cons

      Noting much bad to talk about,maybe lately HR is lacking effectiveness but i guess it has to do with recent merging and global standardization of processes. In Brazil specifically we are pioneers in most of new processes implementations

      Pros

      Ok benefits, obsessed with safety and have lots of training and activities on this. Have all the system in place , good place to learn.

      Cons

      Too political , tend to change top management every few years and change way & direction of management. Benefits getting lesser with every review.
