      Pros

      Encourage training within, however even with the training it's still difficult to obtain an internal job unless you " know the right person" network network is the way to go . Good pension and some healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Agg Industries on the surface / public image of encouraging Women in Quarrying , however it is still very much a male orientated business and women are subjected to ridicule and told when they complain that it is the culture of the business. There is also a Gender Pay Gap that should be addressed.
