      Where do I start? My experience is that most of the time: 1. Managers will lie to your face. 2. When you ask a manager a direct question, they will not answer. 3. When you ask a manager a difficult question, you will not get the truth. 4. Managers let personal differences drive their business and employee actions. 5. Managers approach hearsay as truth instead of hearsay.

      Standard pay, good coworkers, union job

      Cons

      Terrible management, terrible management, terrible management. Can’t say it enough, they hire guys who are unfamiliar with the industry and then blame equipment operators for not meeting production goals when mismanagement makes the production goals impossible to reach.
