      Pros

      My managers were easy to work with and supportive. I was able to take on special projects and was supported by my manager in order to execute. Felt like part of the team.

      Cons

      A lot of pressure on management. Industry in a downturn and reorganization and downsizing is constantly happening. Divisions did not work well together, did not communicate well and were constantly putting each other down which made it an uncomfortable environment to work.

      Pros

      Used to offer amazing international assignments and potential for career advancement. It is still an opportunity as soon as the market picks back up.

      Cons

      CEO (BL) is only focused on managing financials for the current quarter. There is absolutely no vision for the future and strategy is sacrificed to get back the credit rating that was lost. The last 4 years here were only focused on cash savings, cash savings, cash savings...
