      Very supportive of employee development. Huge career opportunities for people that do not mind relocation every 3 years, and are willing to consider international assignments.

      Organization sometimes experiences analysis paralysis, and mico-management.

      Pros

      training and experience levels up to global standards. they make you globally salwable and competitive.

      Cons

      diverse mix of employees. Holcim has plants all over the Philippines. Different cultures and beliefs and attitudes is a barrier. most of them are in unions, so it is hard to compel them to do well in their job.

      The company cares for your wellbeing and your development. It focuses you on enablers of success rather than the pressure to achieving target. Lafarge is worth investing your career for the long term in as the business of Lafarge is equally long term

      Decision making may appear slow at times and the influence of French labour laws has a lot of impact in Lafarge cculture...so you may have different experiences depending on where you work in the globe
