      Pros

      Multinational experience and culture. Good remuneration package. Leaders in H&S. Good working environment. Some exceptional people in management.

      Cons

      Heavily bureaucratic. French central management doesn't always understand the country needs. Currently (2013) not hiring. Bad results and recession have led to a lot of lay-offs.

      the money, the benefits , and the financial backing the company has. Lots of opportunity for overtime and double time shifts

      Pros

      HR is very with it; global network of people and resources; lots of opportunity to move within the company globally and locally; great health and safety initiatives; got to use all my experience and languages in my daily work

      Cons

      Managers can be discouraging if you try to move within the organization; very hierarchical; seemed like they had more people doing the same jobs as my previous company (same industry); be wary of micro-managing
