      Pros

      Lafarge in the UAE was an exciting place to be. As with most every large company, there are downsides to being so big, but there are also upsides--such as training and development, many benefits, and the chance to interact with smart people everywhere. I joined while the company was still in the start-up phase in the UAE, the management team was very supportive and it created an immediate sense of belonging.. to the Lafarge family.
