      Good benefits. Most of the people were good to work with.

      Cons

      Knee jerk reaction to issues. When the crunch was on production tended to trump safety.

      Pros

      My position was well-trained and my team was supportive & helpful. Freedom to perform my work without being micromanaged. Lots of variety in my workload. Learned a lot from my team.

      Cons

      The region in which I worked had a very negative culture. Not a team atmosphere. Some people seemed lazy, not forthcoming, or were not strong in their positions.
