      Pros

      Good pay and shift allowance. Generally good co-workers which is enjoyable & have made some great friends over the years. Reasonable holiday entitlement. Busy, engaging work generally makes time go quickly. It's a decent place to work and can be challenging. Conditions are slowly improving despite the cons below.

      Cons

      Aging equipment & facilities make it difficult to achieve both factory & personal goals. Cost usually comes before health & safety especially in this regard. No career progression at all. Aging workforce who don't care about the business or have little pride in themselves & just want to get paid for doing as little as possible and ride out their time till retirement.

      Pros

      I worked as admin for 8 years in a previous job and left due to issues in the workplace and was jumping to a couple different style of jobs for the last 4 years however ive completely found my home now. I love working here, friendly team and my Manager is very helpful and will lend a hand when ever i need too aswell as the area managers for south west and other admins

      Cons

      I would say its quite quiet so sometimes i am searching for jobs to do and a little muddy as you can imagine but all in all nothing bad to say.
