There are literally no words of encouragement regarding this position at this company that would be possible. It is a very toxic work environment. The former cement plant at fredonia is defunct.

Cons

Position is actually for Systech Environmental a toxic working environment.

opportunities for travel, multiple opportunities to connect to remote colleagues

Cons

Merger not going well, employees reapplying for jobs, not knowing if they will have a job for over a year. Lack of communication to employees. Looking to save a $ at the expense of customer service and the employee. Sad.

Cons

Poor management. Upper management is always shaking up the lower management and with constant manager changes comes inexperience.
