      Great 401K with 100% match Good pay for the area

      Cons

      Horrible health insurance that will leave you broke no solid plan, things change multiple times a day from maintenance perspective Constant cut of budget Hardly any improvement as the plant can’t even keep up with maintenance Union workers run the plant, do minimum work and stretch it over multiple days what would realistically take a few hours.

      Benefits, though shrinking, are still good Autonomy: allows for creativity, workload administration and builds some trust

      Cons

      Understaffed and overworked people are not enjoying the place Low work/life balance Expectations are out of control, goals are unrealistic and support is very little Too much autonomy: people work in silos with low accountability, there is a void in a lot of processes and command chains

      Cons

      Very high pressure place to work. Nothing is ever good enough and their target numbers and forecasts are ridiculously out of touch with the market. Managaement makes idle threats about performance
