The initial salary offered is good. That can be viewed as a trap to lure you in.
Cons
The list is endless. The HR is completely cluelesss and disorganized. You are at the mercy of your managers. The company has a culture which takes pride in weekend working. When asked, the top management says that the workload is temporary and that some automation is taking place. The automation projects always fail but the management remove FTE anyways just to take credit. The life of the bottom level workers is miserable. Middle managers are also forced to do the dirty work of threatening people with PIP and making them work on weekends. There are several teams which have been working on weekends consecutively for three months. The annual hike is also very low. After some time, it will stop being about the money and you will try to get out of the company at any cost. The CEO of the shared service center also left this mad house within 2.5 years
