      Pros

      Large organization with a pretty good benefits package

      Cons

      The company is trying to grow its stock price by cutting costs/heads. At some point you cannot run a company with no people. There is a lot of favoritism towards ex-pats. It is difficult for women to break into the old boys club and be taken seriously.

      International company present in 80+ countries Recognized "brand" with acceptable image except in France due to Syria investigation Adequate financials and a solid company but... how long will this last? Please read below

      New management (CEO/CFO) is overhauling/dismantling the Group as announced with 400mCHF cost-reduction to the markets: This is the yardstick and only priority with which the company is currently led... The new leadership is completely clueless about long-term strategy Many key employees at Corporate leaving or have already left, along with their experience and industry knowledge: These senior people are not being replaced causing long-term risks and loss of know-how. General work atmosphere has significantly deteriorated since beginning 2018: Management by fear & politics rather than experience & competence Zero communication/interaction by the new leadership team
