      Amazing work environment, people and collaboration.

      Cons

      Lower salaries, the hierarchy is tangible and the upper management is not always listening to the opinions and suggestions of lower level employees. Busy periods when overtimes are needed and a lot of teams are understaffed and swamped with work.
