Hitachi Vantara is a company that does care about it's employees to some degree. They try their best to offer different kinds of support and enrichment events for their workforce.

Cons

The folks overseeing marketing are in way over their heads. They move people into roles that have no idea how to manage the things they are being asked to do, meanwhile, letting go of the people that actually do know what they're doing. The company is extremely siloed and the left hand rarely knows what the right is doing.
