Only WFH is pros. Rest all are bad. But during corona time they gave initial good hike while joining

Cons

No hike in 4yrs. Zero job security. They laid off me after 3.5yrs, it's not due to performance, they were not having project. Please don't join this organization by assuming product company, which I did mistake. I worked like donkey in this organization, still as result they laid off.
