employee friendly, permanent wfh in most teams, easy employee policies for procurement and claiming expenses.

Cons

favouritism in managers, no up to date softwares used, no gifts/goodies on any holi, diwali, new year, no clear cut growth structure, promotion cycles, managers are mostly from uncle background, poor communication skills, poor employee judging skills, no appraisal done for last two years
