Pros

Hilton is an employee focused company that embraces work/life balance. They provide ample training and mentorship for their employees in order to grow their career. They have strong benefits for their employees that are easy to access and take advantage of.

Cons

In some areas the salary tends to be lower than market due to the benefits they provide like 401K match, robust PTO program, bonus, paid MAT/PAT/Adoption leave and affordable health benefits.

Solid, stable, Core Values & Tenets, 100% Virtual

Cons

Very low pay, does not value loyal employees, lots of turnover, hires outside rather than promote from within.

Pros

Awesome benefits, a wealth of support, tools and infomation to do your job, build-your-own-schedule

Cons

Reservation system (ICJ) is for the birds. It crashes at point of confirmation deeming repeat of information (stay dates, amenitities, credit card), need to integrate other department's system (guest services, front desk) instead of having to connect to them for information to service guest.
