They have an SOP for everything and really have figured out the best way to do most things. You will not need to re-invent the wheel.

Company has a great reputation, lots of different areas you can move around in if you are not satisfied where you are.

Cons

At the location I was at it was very hectic and disorganized work environment. Also slightly hostile at certain times. Very long shifts with a lot of walking. Outfits are long sleeve dark blue polyester with black pants and long black aprons - and we had to wait tables outside - extremely uncomfortable in the humidity and heat.
