Health Insurance Available. Also some of the fellow employees are good people to work with

Cons

Managers don't really seem to know what they are doing. Part of this is due having almost no training. Sometimes they do things "just to do something" because they really don't know what to do.

Great brand to work with as its part of the Hilton WorldWide brands of hotels. Individuals within the working environment are great individuals and will also help where needed. No confrontation and little or no bad mouth behind your back. Great colleagues to work with.

Cons

Not a great place to work if your looking to make good money as the management is tight on budget and try to get more out of a qualified candidate however paying less than expected. Management is always looking for faults within people especially if you are part of the old team, which means a team not hired by the new management.
