Great downtown location. Easy commute. Great pay. Free lunches. Free uniforms.

Cons

Communication is shut down on all levels. There's almost no security. Theft is rampant. There aren't enough employee lockers. Supplies are always low. Laundry is always behind in delivery to the floors.

Lots of opportunity for growth. Big emphasis on training and upward movement. Management really emphasizes training that compliments your personal career pathing.

Cons

Transparency in upper management isn't really there. Salary is at or below the industry average but they have been trying to correct this over the past couple years.
