Great team spirit and you receive encouragement and support to evolve in your role. A chance to move in between departments and be cross-trained.

Cons

Usually as a rule across the company, minimum salary with a very anaemic service charge added to it. Not a great choice of work if you are cannot comply with the highest level of customer service you can offer!

Not a Hospitality company anymore, more interested in outsourcing than building core group of talent. Do not be a long term employee.
