Pros

The majority of the workforce that reports to this Carrollton TX location - they have to project a smile over the phone with every customer that contacts them. This 'virtual smile' is even more evident when in face-to-face contact with the people working there.

Cons

Low compensation, reduction-in-workforce in multiple divisions after the Blackstone purchase in 2009 (and the outsourcing / offshoring of many IT positions).
