Pros

I learned quite a bit

Cons

I was forced to work 9-10 hours a day with no breaks, then forced to sign a form saying they offered breaks. My managers would make racist remarks about other staff members. Schedule would change at the last moment, and it would be posted one week at a time the day before the new week.

Pros

My hotel offered free hot lunch everyday and there's no shortage of starbucks. I truly feel apart of a team that is all working together to improve our guest's experiences. This is a company I could see myself staying with for a very very long time.

Cons

The starting pay is laughably low. I would probably make as much working in fast food or starbucks. Paying rent on that low of pay is barely possible. This is the only reason I have to potentially leave my job.
