Free weekday lunches, serene setting, employee discount at the hotel's restaurant

Cons

Understaffed and underpaid in multiple departments, need new laundry appliances for hotel operations to function adequately, need more material for housekeeping department, housekeepers are good complainers, A LOT of walking in and around three large buildings, management good at seeing what needs to be accomplished and telling employees already run off their feet to go accomplish it.
