      Pros

      Tips are really good for Europe and bartending. I made really good money at this position. The bar is pretty amazing and if you like bartending this is a really cool place to do so. A lot of cocktails so its good practice without being a cocktail bar.

      Cons

      It is likely far from your home. Hilton culture is pretty horrible. Bad options when it gets to choosing hours. Being forced to start your shift with dinner and break and then no break for your whole shift was horrible. Bartenders were better mroe experienced than the managers.
