I really enjoy my benefits with Hilton and people are really passionate about what they do.

Cons

Directions change frequently to try to build out innovation but Hilton ends up getting in its own way with organizational inconsistency, organizational restructuring, lack of clear direction and focus, there is lots of speak of strategy and not enough people to get the work done.
