I regretted the time I work and was disrespected by the DC of my desk (R.G.) in tlhis company . Was very frustrating.

Great Medical benefits, travel benefits and we are unionized here.

Cons

Pretty much everything you think of. Poor management, lack of teamwork, lack of morale. Also we finally just got purchased by a new company. That is a good thing because the last two owners drove this place into the ground. The restaurant I work for the roof collapsed over 18 months ago and they haven't done anything. We have been serving out of a trailer AKA Roach Coach! Now are building is going to be knocked down and they want us to serve out of this little shed. This place is a complete joke! The only good news is in about 2 years are 100 million renovation will be complete. Unfortunately I don't think I can make it that long. I have worked for the Hilton for 17 years but don't think I'm going to be here much longer.
