      Interesting and Challenging Work; some of the nicest and most competent people I have worked with across my career; great flexibility and leadership capabilities

      Cons

      Benefits are average. The amount of work can be overwhelming at times, although I think over the year it evens out.

      Senior management makes up so many needless tasks that it is hard to actually do your job! Some team members are micromanaged more than others. Advancement is not on a level playing field.
