- Innovation is snail paced and lagging behind competition. If you want a start up feel, this is not the company for you.
- Very limited interaction with hotels
- eCommerce puts higher emphasis on marketing experience than hospitality experience. A weighted balance of both experiences would allow for a team that better understands and can connect with hotels better.
- Little emphasis put on bringing team members together across offices for training initiatives. If you love the travel piece of the travel industry and think that this could be a perk of working at Hilton- it will not be. Budgets are strongly adhered to and considered so please be aware that trainings will be limited to local and in-office opportunities. If you are someone who has a family and do not like to travel this could be a pro for you.
