Both RM's i've had have been outstanding, genuinely care for your progression and willing to get there hands dirty. People are always great to be around

Cons

Training is not there, they'll do two weeks hands on when you start but that's it, hard to get refreshers that aren't just modules Pricing is insane, backend is full of red tape, things that should take 5 minutes and one email end up being referred to three different managers and take a week to sort out.

Amazing peers in my department. Fair compensation.

Cons

Leaders that bully their team members. The amazing culture they speak of disappeared in hard times, from the pandemic until today. Pointing fingers on other departments when sales aren't going great. To maximise their Great Place To Work rating they exclude departments they call "shared service". "We are all a big family" is just like the ironic memes on Insta. Development promises usually leads to more responsibility without further compensation.

Low pay, Long working time. No promotion. You need to have strong SOCIAL with other colleagues...(e.g. having team dinner)
