Working at Hilti can be a mixed bag. On one hand, it's a good place to start as account management. The current focus seems more on impressing higher-ups than looking out for the team. Hilti used to be great for learning and support from managers. But things changed with new senior managers who care more about admin work than actually helping their teams. They might even throw you under the bus to score points with higher management. If you're into administrative work, Hilti might suit you. But if you want strong mentorship and a supportive culture, it might not be the best fit right now.
