      - Given opportunity to build a real network of senior colleagues - both as mentors and direct managers - Chance to drive career in direction of your choice, while travelling the world - Variety of support networks - Excellent work-life balance

      - Pay could be better, but able to accept that as a trade-off for the exposure - Awareness of the program can be lower among colleagues in our smaller markets, can result in a different experience
