- You learn a lot to become a great professional - People always help you if you need it - You have many opportunities for growth - They motivate you to train - Even if you have a stable position, you have different tasks, no monotony. - Salary allows me to live comfortably - They listen to you and value your ideas and opinions - Good benefit pack as an employee (health insurance, Restaurant ticket etc)

Cons

- There are flexible hours but people are still overworked. - They call it "summer timetable" to leave on Fridays at 2pm when most of the companies do it during the whole year. Summer timetable is always from 7-8 to 3-4pm during summer (july-august).
