Good pay and benefits. Well known brand. Opportunity for new hires to gain experience quickly. Great coworkers.

Cons

Dysfunctional work environment. Global senior leaders manage to stock price, forcing initiatives into each business and region that are disconnected from local strategic conditions, and then force restructures every 6 months when numbers erode. Struggle to innovate, except through acquisition. Very little personal growth potential. A very high degree of nepotism and elitism in senior management.

Insurance benefits are good.

Cons

Regional and global management have no idea what it takes to run a plant. Lack of capital and resources. Go against the improvement of safety, quality and productivity of the manufacturing. They want to hit their numbers regardless. They have no idea of what sacrifices that their employees at the manufacturing sites endure. No experience or leadership in regional and global management. ITS A JOKE !

Relatively good benefits. Co-workers are really good people, in general. Nice setting in Rocky Hill. Some departments allow telecommuting once a week as a way to help employees manage high workloads.

Cons

Extremely short term strategies to please the analysts to the clear detriment of long term strategies. Mothership is in Duesseldorf, Germany, meaning top down management, huge bureaucracy. Extremely political at upper management levels. Quality managers don't succeed at upper levels, aggressive individuals and bullies do.
