Henkel is a company with a strong culture and has a motivating work environment. The leadership team is very supportive and they are always providing meaningful opportunities for us to learn and develop. Henkel also promotes a healthy work-life balance and invests so much in employee development are career advancement. Henkel is always providing me with new opportunities to grow whether with its amazing and healthy environment or even with the support I receive from my leaders.

Its difficult to identify any cons, since Henkel overall provides a positive, stable and supportive workplace

Great Co-workers Busy environment Great Benefits Plenty of Vacation and paid holidays Everyone is always here to help Very communicative company with their employees They created a system to show how you can get to the next steps in your career which includes mentors, trainings and steps to the next role. Lots of opportunities whether it is to be in a different role, join an employee group or be part of projects. Generous EAP I personally love working here. So much support from the people in my department.

Cons

Need to mainstream technology so systems can "talk" to one another. There are a lot of systems and spreadsheets that are repetitive with the same information but a different format depending on who needs the information.
