Pros

High expectations coming to Henkel given the diverse products array. Family Company atmosphere would be great if they followed those principles.

Cons

Extreme organization to the detriment of the business. Management suffocates the employee. Very rigid and inflexible structure. No regard for the team or contributions of non management.

- Macro management which means full responsilbilty from day one across both marketing and sales - Great people outside of senior management

Cons

- Work life balance is non existant - Senior Management do not look after their employees - No recognition for hard work/ outstanding efforts - Pay does not mirror market average

Pros

Good starting salary once you're off temp status, plenty of work

Cons

People with family connections to supervisors/managers are given preferential treatment. Shift leads are too young to be in such a demanding role; the one I worked with spent most of his time outside smoking cigarettes; another kid sat in an air conditioned office watching You Tube videos for most of his shift.Training was about as poor as I'd ever experienced, and opportunities were next to zero if you weren't related to a supervisor or manager.
