Pros

The team and the personal relationships are ideal. The team supports you, everyone is willing to help. The offices are well equiped, with open space and flexible desks. Good PTO. Corporate team really tries to generate a community and fun enviroment. Opportunity to learn from other departments and to exchange ideas.

Cons

No good or competent salary according to market value. Wages are low and they are aware of it. No intention of fixing the issue. No career growth or development within the company. Too many interns doing the job of a full time employee. External employees doing the job of a full time employee . NO talent retention. No compensation for extra hours, which you have to do since there are not enough people in the team in most cases. HR is not there to help.
