Pros

Great offices, lots of initiatives for staff, quite well communicated direction from senior leadership

Cons

Absolutely appalling money. In my exit interview the HR person said they didn’t know how anyone would survive in a city on that money.

Pros

Stable company with decent pay

Cons

Lots of promotions within the company but often too soon in my opinion. Managers are promoted without knowledge of being a manager maybe because they have paid their dues but they aren't ready to be over people.
