Pros

This is a HUGE company so depending on your team, it could literally be like working at two different organizations. I had a great mentor and manager here that really helped skyrocket my career. I imagine milage will vary a lot based on your placement.

Cons

Big corporate feel at times, can be a lot of work, success is very manager/team dependent

Pros

Hearst is truly a great company to work for. They conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, and care deeply about their culture and employees.

Cons

I think that lower-level employees do not feel as connected to the company.

Pros

Good benefits, nice office, perks

Cons

the environment is toxic & not welcoming. A lot of favoritism, no room for growth if you aren't a favorite
