Great benefits, socially conscious, Very clued in on the importance and necessity of inclusion, amazingly present for employees and their families during the COVID-19 crisis of 2020, no layoffs during quarantine

Cons

- Ridiculously low pay - Repetitive, soul-crushing work; very little opportunity to be creative - Micro-management by upper-level producers - workplace culture verged on toxic; lots of ego and manipulation by people in charge
