not diverse enough -- the leadership doesn't seem to be on the same page as the staff who have to practice their rules everyday

The company is consistently consolidating, does not backfill positions. Everything is tied to sales, but no focus on the actual core product that is causing the company to fall apart. Extremely sketchy leadership that are just riding out a sinking ship. Most projects are short-term cash grabs to try and stay afloat. I was promoted into a position after years with the company and actually had my pay decrease.
