Pros

The office is kind of nice. The sushi is good/cheap. There's a (temporarily) free gym.

Cons

Just stuck in the past. Pay is not great, especially for NYC. No mental health coverage. The hybrid policy is annoying considering that's less money I can use for something outside of work. Can't speak for other teams but mine is pretty disorganized and senior leadership doesn't really seem to know what they're doing/why - nothing is based on facts, just poorly thought-through ideas. The CEO is really nice and down-to-earth though.
