Pros

The benefits are okay. Colleagues are nice. Some perks like free tickets to events that the company sponsors. Discount on magazines. Getting better about training, but you are on your own when it comes to leads.

Cons

Managment will tell you that you will make a lot of money in commissions. You won't. You are required to hunt for all new business. After initial sign-up of account you are forbidden to upgrade because there is separate team that does that. Cancellation rate of new business is 50 percent. It is nothing but one step forward two steps back. You are paid on monthly billing And won't make any commissions if you don't make monthly quota which is unrealistic. No territories people steping all over each other. Not worth it.
